EVOLUTIONARY LEADERSHIP TRAINER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
This Evolutionary Leadership Trainer Certification Program is offered to qualified candidates interested in teaching core content and methodologies of our version of Evolutionary Leadership.
Candidates who successfully graduate from this program become officially certified by the Institute for Evolutionary Leadership (IEL) as Certified Evolutionary Leadership Trainers and receive permission to use IEL’s name, logo, materials, and methodologies in their client work in exchange for 5% licensing commission for as long as their active trainer status is valid. Certified Evolutionary Leadership Trainer status is also required to do certain work with the IEL for IEL’s clients.
Date: October 14, 2017 - February 25, 2018
Place: 3 days in San Francisco Bay Area (the first two days and the last day of the program) + Online
Price: $4,750 per participant (includes instruction & all materials except books; a nonrefundable $200 deposit is required to secure a spot in the program and is counted towards the tuition)
Work-Trade Option: participants who successfully graduate from the program and keep their certification active can pay for the program by applying at least 50% of income coming from the IEL or client work directly related to this program until the tuition is paid in full
Admission Requirements: Candidates must be members of the Evolutionary Leadership Community and have a certificate from a 20-hour Evolutionary Leadership Bootcamp or other foundational training recognized by the IEL as an academic equivalent.

144+ hours over the course of 16 weeks (9 hours/week on average) which includes:
2 full days of in-person training at the beginning plus 1 full day at the end of the program
16 peer-learning calls (1-1.5 hours each, depending on the size of the group)
8 mini-webinars with guest speakers (30 min each)
8 calls or meetings with Lead Instructors (1 hour each)
76+ hours of homework (reading, watching videos, writing, designing lectures / workshops, marketing outreach, etc.)
16 hours of teaching practice
